Kendall Toyota of Anchorage is seeking an experienced Toyota Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Requirements

1-2 years of work experience with demonstrated success in vehicles sales.
Previous management experience preferred.
A valid driver license and good driving record is required.
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

Growing the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Salespersons.
Assisting in closing sales.
Actively participating in vehicle price negotiation.
Appraising incoming vehicles.
Selling finance products.
Conducting Finance Manager roles including getting deals financed, paperwork, and contracts in transit.
Conducting sales meetings and trainings.
Supervising sales staff ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
Stocking an efficient and profitable vehicle inventory.
Planning, organizing, and controlling dealership sales activities.
Maintaining knowledge and complying with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
