About The Position

TEAM AUTOMOTIVE GROUP is actively seeking a driven, accountable, and high-performing Sales Manager to help lead and develop our sales operation. This is not a desk manager position for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a leader who can drive performance, enforce process, develop people, and create consistent results in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
  • Strong desking and deal-structure knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • CRM and follow-up accountability experience
  • High level of urgency, professionalism, and communication
  • Strong understanding of gross, volume, and performance metrics
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Leading daily sales operations and team performance
  • Driving showroom, internet, and phone conversion
  • Managing desk structure, deal flow, and gross opportunities
  • Coaching and developing Sales Consultants daily
  • Ensuring CRM discipline and follow-up accountability
  • Monitoring KPIs including: Closing %, PVR, Appointments, Follow-up activity, Lead response times
  • Helping recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
  • Maintaining energy, urgency, and accountability across the floor
