About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a progressive Pre-Owned / Used Car Sales Manager at Crown INEOS Grenadier in St. Petersburg! This is an opportunity to take ownership of the pre-owned operation for a unique, growing automotive brand backed by the stability and resources of Crown Automotive Group.

Requirements

At least five years in a dealership sales environment.
New and used inventory control skills.
Strong vehicle appraisal and acquisition skills.
Experience sourcing inventory through trades, service opportunities, direct purchases and other acquisition channels.
Excellent training, desking and internet sales process success.
Use current technologies to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Experience in maintaining the profitability of a department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership.
AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED.
