About The Position

The Automotive Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for managing the flow of vehicles on the sales lot, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining the presentation of vehicles for sale. This role involves controlling vehicle inventory, logging new arrivals, updating the fleet computer system, and ensuring vehicles are "front line ready" with correct pricing and information. The attendant will also manage the back-overflow lot, shuttle vehicles to vendors, assist with dealer trades, and provide customer shuttle services when needed. Additionally, the role requires assisting with fuel logs and other reports as requested by the Location Manager and filing reports as necessary. Requirements

Valid driver's license
At least 20 years of age
Flexibility in scheduling, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work any assigned shift according to operational needs
Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed their probationary period and have excellent attendance and job performance.

Responsibilities

Control the flow of cars and manage inventory, including checking and logging new arrivals and updating the fleet computer system.
Responsible for lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are front line ready with correct pricing stickers, buyers guides, and frame plates.
Park and align cars, maintaining a presentable sales lot.
Manage the back-overflow lot.
Shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades, and pick up customers when needed.
Assist with maintaining fuel logs and other reports requested by the Location Manager.
File reports as needed.
