Manage the entire store inventory process including, reconditioning, photography, delivery, lot organization and merchandising. This role involves ensuring all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, triaging new inventory, managing an efficient reconditioning process (cost, quality, and cycle times), and working closely with reconditioning vendors and the Fleet Management partner (Wheels). The position also requires maintaining proper internal inventory controls, working with the fleet team to maintain target inventory levels, and collaborating with the GSM on daily production planning. Additionally, the role focuses on developing and maintaining proper lot organization for efficient processes, overseeing proper vehicle merchandising, creating a visual factory, ensuring all cars are properly photographed and appear online per standards, reducing rejects, and following up on open items on the partner dashboard. The Automotive Sales Inventory Manager will also handle communications from partners and ensure vehicles are delivered within time SLAs, arranging trucking if required.
