About The Position

Kia Avondale, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Sales Inventory Clerk that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of general office experience
• Superior customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry
• Cash handling
• Multi-line phone and 10-key
• High School diploma required
• Valid in-state driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Accounting and/or automotive experience using accounting software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stocking in new vehicles and making journal entries to input vehicle specifications and cost data into accounting system
• Processing payments to purchase used vehicles from auctions, wholesalers and individuals
• Processing certifications for used vehicles and processing dealer transfers
• Additional tasks may include: preparing checks, filing, and other general administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned
