Requirements

We are looking for a positive, energetic person who wants to be part of a team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
College degree or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients, before and after the sale.
Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
Be an expert in the products you represent, able to full explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product.
Consistently seek vehicle and technology training.
Work as a team player to ensure each client receives the best service possible.
