JEFF WYLER KINGS NISSAN is looking for creative, dedicated, and committed salespeople to join their sales floor! Whether you have 20+ years of experience in the automotive industry or sales experience from another industry and are looking to start a new career, let us help you set yourself up for success! This position offers competitive pay with incentives and has an earning potential of over $100,000 a year based on commitment and dedication.
Requirements
- 1 + year experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer and math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
- Assisting customers in selecting the ideal NISSAN vehicle to match their needs
- Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
- Building strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
- Collaborating with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on the latest NISSAN models, promotions, and financing options
- Exceeding sales goals and earning rewarding commission
