About The Position

This role is for a results-driven salesperson with experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling, commission-based or quota-driven roles, or direct-to-consumer sales (retail, single-product, or high-ticket). Strong candidates typically have experience managing their own pipeline or customer base, confidence handling objections and closing sales, a track record of building relationships that convert into repeat business, and consistent follow-up habits and strong communication skills. The position involves handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, building lasting relationships, recommending solutions, guiding customers through the buying process, and following up consistently to earn sales and long-term loyalty. A typical day includes responding to leads, making outbound calls, working with walk-in customers, having in-depth conversations, and managing your pipeline in CRM. What matters most are a proven ability to close sales, strong follow-up habits and communication skills, the ability to build trust and uncover real customer needs, confidence in asking for the sale, and self-motivation and goal orientation.

Requirements

  • Sales experience required (phone or customer-facing)
  • Valid PA driver’s license
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
