About The Position

Volkswagen of Fallston is seeking competitive, motivated, and passionate individuals to join their team as Automotive Sales Consultants. The dealership offers a 5-day workweek with Sundays off, employee vehicle purchase and lease discounts, and career advancement opportunities across Sonic Automotive's network of dealerships. Comprehensive training and ongoing development are provided, and prior automotive sales experience is not required if candidates possess the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed. The position involves creating a personalized buying experience for customers, learning their needs, demonstrating vehicles, becoming an expert on Volkswagen products, guiding customers through the sales process, building relationships for repeat and referral business, and following up to ensure an exceptional ownership experience. Sales professionals will work as part of a team, utilize proven sales strategies, and maximize every opportunity.
