Requirements

  • Previous success as an Automotive Sales Consultant.
  • A positive, "A-game" attitude every single day.
  • Exceptional communication and the ability to learn new tech quickly.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible retail hours.
  • A well-groomed appearance and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

  • Listen to the customers' needs to create "customers for life."
  • Master the tech, packages, and specs of the latest MINI models.
  • Lead professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Manage follow-ups, overcome objections, and hit sales targets.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to refine your strategy and grow.
