Requirements

• 1 + year experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
• All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
• Assisting customers in selecting the ideal NISSAN vehicle to match their needs
• Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
• Building strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
• Collaborating with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date on the latest NISSAN models, promotions, and financing options
• Exceeding sales goals and earning rewarding commission
