Requirements

1 + year experience of automotive, retail, or customer service experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer and math skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

Greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them where they need to go
Assisting customers in selecting the ideal NISSAN vehicle to match their needs
Conducting test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
Building strong relationships through customer service and follow-ups
Collaborating with management to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Staying up-to-date on the latest NISSAN models, promotions, and financing options
Exceeding sales goals and earning rewarding commission
