Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience 2+ year or more
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Maintain consistent follow-up and customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communication
• Present finance and protection product options
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, features, and incentives
• Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity
