About The Position

Capitol City Ford Greenfield is expanding its sales team and seeking dedicated individuals to join as Automotive Sales Consultants. This role is viewed as a craft, emphasizing relationship building, communication, and character. Sales Representatives will engage with customers to understand their needs, discuss vehicle options, and become experts in Ford vehicles and technology, including features like Sync, App Link, and hybrid technology. The position involves completing quotes, explaining financing, and following up with both prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads. The company has a history of sustained growth over three decades and offers the potential for high earnings.

Requirements

2+ years previous commission sales experience.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”).
Basic computer knowledge.
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
Strong retail &/or sales skills.
Steady employment history.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities
