About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and passionate about helping customers through the vehicle-buying process from initial greeting through delivery and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Kia vehicles and financing options
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and text
  • Maintain knowledge of current Kia models, features, incentives, and dealership promotions
  • Work collaboratively with finance and service departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
