In this role, you’ll guide shoppers through their options, provide thoughtful recommendations, and ensure every customer leaves having had a great experience. You’ll be joining a well‑balanced team of down‑to‑earth professionals who work hard and support one another. Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
  • Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
  • Other duties assigned
