BMW of Bloomington is looking to add motivated and energetic Sales Professionals to our growing team. Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience is not required
  • Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and people skills
  • Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

  • Candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, restaurants, insurance, and other relationship-focused industries often excel in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles while delivering a premium guest experience
  • Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle technology and performance features
  • Deliver vehicles and review features, paperwork, and warranty information with customers
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and previous customers
  • Stay informed on incoming inventory, BMW product knowledge, and dealership promotions
  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Attend dealership and manufacturer training programs and sales meetings
  • Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
