Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers both in person and through social media
Use social media platforms to showcase vehicles, create content, and attract potential buyers
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and understanding their needs
Stay up to date on vehicle features, packages, and technology
Provide professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Work closely with the sales manager to meet personal and team goals
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
