About The Position
Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant (Client Advisor) to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with no prior automotive sales experience, as the dealership offers paid training from a dedicated on-site trainer. The position provides a guaranteed monthly base salary, performance-based bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing dealership. The company emphasizes a transparent, pressure-free car buying experience and a supportive work environment. The role involves building relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle. Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and pressure-free vehicle buying experience
- Build relationships with customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective customers
- Make 45+ outbound follow-up calls daily
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product presentations
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Prepare vehicles and appointments before customers arrive
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Keep current on Mazda products, technology, and competitive vehicles
- Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and lot while providing outstanding hospitality
