Requirements

Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (not required; training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive, team-focused mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers, building trust and long-term relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
Handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic professionally
Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience
Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales goals
