Requirements
- Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Prior commission-based or sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Engaging customers through phone calls, follow-up, and in-person conversations to build trust, generate leads, and close sales.
- Taking ownership of results in a commission-based sales role.
- Staying disciplined during slow periods.
- Applying coaching to consistently improve sales performance.
