Requirements
- Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, not required).
- Someone comfortable closing deals without being pushy.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
- Able to learn product knowledge and speak to features accurately.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage follow-up.
- Available on weekends and evenings.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle.
- Present features, technology, and benefits in a clear, informative way.
- Lead test drives that genuinely support the buying decision.
- Provide straightforward information on pricing, leasing, and financing options.
- Maintain follow-up communication that feels respectful, not high-pressure.
- Handle digital inquiries promptly and set solid appointments.
- Build long-term relationships that earn repeat and referral business.
