About The Position

Rydell of Independence is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. No automotive sales experience is required, as we provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds such as retail, customer service, hospitality, call centers, restaurants, banking, and technology. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
• Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
• Represent Rydell of Independence professionally and positively at all times
