Requirements

2+ years of previous commission sales experience.
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”).
Basic computer knowledge.
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
Strong retail and/or sales skills.
Steady employment history.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
Become an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford vehicles and technology.
Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry-leading features (e.g., Sync, App Link, advancing hybrid technology).
Complete quotes and explain financing options.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Sell both new and used vehicles.
