Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong people skills and a professional demeanor
- Motivation to succeed and willingness to learn
- Acceptable driving record

- Retail or wireless sales experience
- Banking and financial services experience
- Customer service experience
- Insurance or real estate experience
- Any role built around relationships, communication, and follow-through

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and learn what matters most to them
- Help guests choose vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Explain vehicle features in a clear, helpful way
- Coordinate test drives and guide guests through the buying process
- Respond to phone and online inquiries
- Stay connected with guests through timely, thoughtful follow-up
- Use modern technology to manage opportunities and relationships
- Continue learning through daily coaching and paid training
