About The Position
Gee Automotive Companies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a long‑term career in automotive sales with a respected, established automotive group. As a Car Sales Representative, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle‑buying process—answering questions, presenting vehicle options, and ensuring each guest finds the right vehicle to fit their needs. Prior automotive sales or new‑car dealership experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train driven, customer‑focused candidates who bring the right attitude and work ethic.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive sales or new-car dealership experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the car-buying process by helping them find and purchase the vehicle that best suits their needs and preferences
- Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
