Requirements

Must be available to work Saturdays
21+ years old
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Superior service and follow-up skills to make every guest feel at home
Driven to hit goals and ready to hustle
Clear, professional verbal and written skills
Sharp typing skills and a process-driven mindset
Always maintain a professional look and attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a major plus
Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

Greet guests with high energy and help them navigate their car-buying journey from start to finish
Become an expert on our product lineups to help customers find their perfect match
Show off what our vehicles can do by leading exciting, informative test drives
Keep in touch with past customers to ensure they’re happy and to keep them coming back to "their" car person
Follow up with leads and stay on top of your game to consistently hit (and crush!) your sales goals
Handle the "behind-the-scenes" work, from credit apps and paperwork to staying on top of your emails and calls
Jump in on administrative tasks and other dealership needs to keep the wheels turning smoothly
