About The Position
Automotive Sales Consultant / Backup Finance Manager Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Morris | Morris, MN You've got the experience. We'll provide the training. Now it's your time to grow! Are you an automotive salesperson who has always wanted to move into Finance & Insurance (F&I), but hasn't been given the opportunity? At Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris, we're looking for a motivated sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. No previous F&I experience required. We will train you! You'll receive hands-on training and guidance from our experienced Finance Manager while continuing to sell new and pre-owned vehicles. As you develop your skills, you'll have the opportunity to provide backup F&I coverage and take on additional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience.
- A strong understanding of the vehicle sales process.
- A desire to learn automotive finance and advance your career.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A motivated, team-oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- No previous F&I experience required. We will train you!
Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Provide backup F&I coverage.
- Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop.
