About The Position

BRAM Auto Group is seeking talented, detail-oriented, and dedicated professionals to join their team. As one of the largest family-owned businesses in the Tri-State area with over 50 years of service, BRAM operates 13 dealerships representing various automotive brands. This role is for a BDC/Internet Sales Representative responsible for managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and conducting follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, connect seamlessly with people, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements

  • Previous Call Center experience preferred
  • Out-going personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
  • Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
  • Responding to inquiries in a professional, and well-spoken manner.
  • Maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
