About The Position
Friendship Automotive is seeking talented Business Development Coordinators (BDC) to join their team at FRIENDSHIP of FOREST CITY. This role involves assisting customers throughout their car buying experience by providing courteous and professional assistance to shoppers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills via phone, email, text, and video messaging to help customers select vehicles, gather information, and arrange dealership visits.

Responsibilities
- Spend most of the day on the phone talking with vehicle shoppers, answering questions, and providing information.
- Use email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests during their purchase consideration.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles.
- Gather customer information.
- Arrange visits to the dealership.
