About The Position

Join Ohio’s #1 Used Car Dealership as an Automotive Sales BDC Associate! This role offers an annual earning potential of $40,000–$80,000+, with a base pay of $13-$16/hour plus unlimited monthly commission. We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who excel at customer interaction, relationship building, and achieving results. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply. As a BDC Associate, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers via phone, text, email, and chat, converting internet leads into showroom appointments, following up with past customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience from the initial contact through to their visit to the showroom.

Requirements

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems

• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Automotive BDC or sales experience is a plus
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Contact customers by phone, text, email, and chat
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and buying plans
• Build rapport and create strong customer relationships
• Set and confirm showroom appointments
• Follow up with leads and previous customers
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
• Assist with overflow calls and general dealership inquiries
• Work closely with the sales team to create opportunities
