Requirements

  • No prior automotive sales experience required; paid training provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset; positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales and performance goals.
  • Comfortable learning new technology, vehicle features, and sales processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and available options to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct test drives and answer customer questions regarding vehicle specifications and performance.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, including pricing, financing options, and paperwork.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
  • Attend paid training sessions to develop sales, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Work collaboratively with sales managers, finance staff, and other dealership departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
