About The Position

Join Our Team at Berman Nissan of Chicago! We’re growing and looking for full-time experienced, Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and excited by a performance-based pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity! Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Must have Automotive Sales Experience.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
• Experience in Automotive Sales
• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot.
• Helping customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.
• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need.
• Completing in-depth product demonstrations.
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins.
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures.
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience.
