About The Position

Berlin City Nissan is seeking a customer-focused, results-oriented Automotive Sales professional to join our successful and passionate team! We offer a competitive pay plan with training and mentorship, providing career growth and income potential of $60,000 to $150,000 annually. Requirements

1+ years of sales or customer service experience
Team player with a passion for taking care of the customer
Responsive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
At least 18 years of age
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a favorable motor vehicle record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Create an exceptional buying experience for every customer
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text; build relationships and generate new leads
Stay informed on product features and benefits, and maintain manufacturer-specific training
Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
