About The Position
Kunes Auto Group, a rapidly expanding automotive dealership group in the Midwest, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Automotive Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for motivated, outgoing, and driven individuals. Prior automotive sales experience is not required, as the company provides comprehensive training, tools, and support. Many successful sales professionals at Kunes have transitioned from industries such as hospitality, restaurant, retail, customer service, and bartending. The position offers the potential to start employment as early as the following week.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
- Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
- Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, and protection products
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Stay informed on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and industry trends
