York CDJR of Plainfield is seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of financing options and automotive technologies.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive features, specifications, and technology to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
Sales Process: Conduct test drives, present financing options, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address any concerns, provide follow-up information, and encourage referrals.
Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
