Responsibilities

Welcome customers and build lasting relationships through attentive, professional service.
Ask thoughtful questions and listen closely to identify vehicles that meet customers’ needs.
Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and clearly explain features, options, and technology.
Stay current on inventory, product offerings, and sales processes.
Address customer questions and concerns with confidence and respect.
Follow up with customers to support their ownership experience and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work with the Sales Manager to set goals, plan activities, and track progress.
