The role involves delivering a world-class car-buying experience, matching customers with vehicles, guiding them through the sales process, building relationships, and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience preferred — but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for cars and helping people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to commute to Brickell (Miami, FL 33130) is required.
• English (Required)
• Ability to Relocate: Miami, FL 33130: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unforgettable, world-class car-buying experience from the moment customers arrive.
• Match customers with the perfect Honda, Mazda, Buick, or GMC vehicle using expert product knowledge and the latest automotive technology.
• Guide guests through seamless test drives, presentations, and financing.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Hit (and exceed) personal and team sales goals in a high-energy, supportive environment.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, inventory, and promotions.
