Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred, especially in automotive or retail environments.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and ascertain their automotive needs.
- Provide product information and offer test drives to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to finalize vehicle sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Ford vehicle lineup, features, and promotions.
