Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Eagerness to learn product knowledge quickly and continuously improve
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Build long-term customer relationships and create clients for life
- Use a consultative sales approach by asking questions and listening to customer needs
- Develop deep knowledge of vehicles, features, packages, and new technology
- Deliver professional, high-quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Learn how to overcome objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Work closely with Sales Management on goals, activity, and performance
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a winning attitude every day
