About The Position

Automotive Sales Associate – Future Leaders Wanted Earn $50,000 - $100,000+ Annually. Eastern North Carolina is growing, and so is the award-winning team at Pecheles Automotive! We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy building relationships, learning new products, and helping people find the right vehicle for their needs. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required as we continue to serve our growing and diverse customer base throughout Eastern North Carolina. No Sales Experience? No Problem. Many of our top-performing Sales Associates started with little or no automotive sales experience. Through our hands-on training program and dedicated mentorship, you'll gain the skills, confidence, and product knowledge needed to build a rewarding career. During training, motivated associates can earn significant income while learning the business. Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays (5-day work week)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the vehicle-buying process
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  • Follow up with leads and prospects using company-provided CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate any concerns
