Requirements

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, email, video communication, and social media
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Automotive sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and digital customer opportunities
  • Build rapport and use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs
  • Present vehicle options, explain features and benefits, and conduct professional test drives
  • Follow the Walt Massey Road to the Sale Process with every customer interaction
  • Build value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale
  • Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up within CRM systems
  • Complete daily outreach through phone calls, text messaging, email communication, and personalized video follow-up
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and customer referrals
  • Request customer reviews and referral opportunities after delivery
  • Use social media to promote inventory, customer deliveries, and strengthen personal branding
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance development
