About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals or motivated individuals looking to build a high-income career in automotive sales. In this role, you'll sell both new and pre-owned vehicles while working internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and referral business. Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Proven sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working with internet leads and phone opportunities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer and CRM skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

Sell new and used vehicles to retail customers
Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and customer inquiries
Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Assist customers with vehicle selection, financing options, and trade evaluations
Utilize CRM software to track leads, appointments, and sales activities
Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and follow-up
Negotiate and close vehicle sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and manufacturer programs
