The Automotive Sales Associate at J.B.A. Infiniti plays a key role in delivering a professional, customer focused vehicle buying experience. As an automotive sales associate, you will guide customers through the sales process—from initial consultation to vehicle delivery—while representing the dealership with honesty, product knowledge, and attention to detail. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and succeed in a performance‑based sales environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with automotive products, sales processes, or dealership operations.
  • Confidence explaining product features, pricing, and financing options.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre‑owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
  • Build rapport with customers, ask effective questions, and provide clear, accurate product information.
  • Guide customers through pricing, financing, trade‑in options, and required documentation.
  • Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and support long‑term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with management, finance, and support teams to ensure a smooth sales experience.
