Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Learn and present Chevrolet, GMC, and Cadillac product knowledge
- Maintain follow-up with customers before and after the sale
- Work collaboratively with management and support teams
