About The Position

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process—listening to their needs, offering expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service from first contact to post-sale follow-up. This is more than just a sales position—this is an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, community ambassador, and brand representative.

Requirements

• Prior automotive or customer-facing sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with a focus on integrity and teamwork
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software and tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles effectively
• Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase experience
• Follow up with leads and past customers using CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions)
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, trims, and technology
• Collaborate with team members to meet department sales goals
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies
• Attend weekly sales meetings, trainings, and community events as needed
