About The Position

Join Our Team at Berman Nissan of Chicago! We’re growing and looking for full-time experienced, Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and excited by a performance-based pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity! Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
• Experience in Automotive Sales

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
• Completing in-depth product demonstrations
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience
