About The Position

Join Our Team at Berman Nissan of Chicago! We’re growing and looking for full-time Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and excited by a performance-based pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity! Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred. Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
Have experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or any guest-facing role
Thrive in fast-paced environments and stay calm, professional, and personable under pressure

Responsibilities

Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
Completing in-depth product demonstrations
Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience
