About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a proven track record of success in automotive sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, negotiating and closing sales, generating leads and following up with potential customers, managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and technologies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
